Be sure to include any design goals — color, vibe, messaging, brand decks, or inspiration pieces — that sparked your interest in creating a mural. 

ESTIMATES

Pricing is shaped by the design’s complexity, surface type, location, and scale. After reviewing your goals, Lacey provides a range of options at different price points and varying levels of detail. This built-in flexibility allows you to adjust the complexity and scale of the project to match your budget, making the process clear, collaborative, and tailored from the start.

PARTNERSHIP

Once the budget is set, Lacey schedules a call to refine your design direction and ensure you’re fully aligned on the shared vision. After you confirm the plan, you’ll receive a detailed Letter of Agreement outlining everything you can expect from Lacey—and everything you’re agreeing to on your end. A 50% deposit secures your project. Once secured, installation dates are locked in and your mural officially moves into production.

DESIGN

Lacey creates custom, to-scale digital mockups for every mural. Using photos of your actual space, she places the artwork directly onto your walls so you can clearly envision the final design before any painting (or installation) begins. These previews are highly accurate and closely match what you can expect with your finished mural. Two rounds of revisions are included with standard agreements.

INSTALLATION

Sit back and relax, because Lacey arrives fully prepared with all materials needed for a seamless installation. Known for her speed and professionalism, she works consistently each day until the mural is finished, meaning no long delays or drawn-out timelines. She maintains an organized, clean workspace and packs up neatly each day when multi-day projects are involved. Most murals can be completed within 1–3 days.

CONNECTION 

Your final balance is due upon completion, then it’s time to celebrate and follow along! As a bonus, Lacey captures photo and video content during, and after, your installation to share across her social channels. She’ll tag your business and promote your partnership to a combined following of more than 100K+,  giving your space extra spotlight and lasting buzz.
